Pumpkin isn’t very nutritious, but it is rich in Vitamin A. It also contains Vitamin C, Potassium and Dietary Fibre. They are also rich in Folate, Omega 3 Fatty Acids and Niacin (Vitamin B3), Thiamine (Vitamin B1), Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5). Vitamin A is high in orange and deep yellow vegetables. Vitamin A is more abundant in darker colours. |
